I flew in LAX with an eager David waiting for me. I took him out to breakfast at Bake and Broil, and then we went to Julian and Nick’s where I got a sneak peak of David’s Eswic part. After that we visited Jimmy at the Eswic headquaters, then hit Cherry Park. Cherry Park is such a fun and basic park; I’d imagine that anyone who skated there a lot would get really good on their skateboard, especially flatground, ledges, and manuals. Pat picked us up after Cherry and we got some Mexican dinner. Then, I cruised over to the Thiessen’s, who are graciously hosting me for a bit. Great first day out in Long Beac
